Refund & Return Policy

At NATUVORA, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be returned in its original condition and packaging. We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of excessive use, damage, or tampering.

Once your return request is approved, the product must be shipped back to us. Please note that return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.

After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within a reasonable timeframe using the original payment method or another mutually agreed method.

Refunds will not be issued for products that are damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear.
